Trauma Kits for Overlook Elementary School

For his Eagle  Scout project, Ben Biko identified a crucial problem in today's schools- the lack of trauma kits in each classroom in the event of a school shooting. Ben researched this national issue, raised funds to purchase the necessary items, assembled individual trauma kits, and collaborated with local safety and medical teams who instructed his elementary school's teachers on how to use the kits. Ben's Eagle Scout project ensures that each classroom at his elementary school is outfitted with a trauma kit that. hopefully, no one would ever need to use, but that would be available if ever the need arose.
